who we are

A Community Of Peers

…with a common desire to learn from one another, and who share the paradigm of collaboration rather than competition

We are a community of collaborating peers and professionals whose work and thirst for continuing education has expanded beyond our professional fields into self-awareness and human consciousness as the foundation of relationships with our work, families, nature and each other.

Our Contributing Peers are a vital part of the community as well

Amelia Nalli

Amelia is a Masterson Method Instructor and Coach who thrives on the connection people create when they discover how horses communicate and let go of tension. She and her husband also team up to film and edit video content for equine documentaries and productions.

“I am inspired by the small things that I’ve overlooked in the past like the sheer number of birds that visit my garden everyday. There is so much life happening everywhere and it will be a lifelong journey of softening, observation and staying in the present moment to enjoy this ride.

My curiosity is taking me inward these days to being more aware of how I breathe or where my muscles are contracting. Can I move with less effort, can I notice which muscle groups are firing and why? Can I start to understand a small piece of our quantum world and how everything really is connected? Clearly, there are many more questions than answers.”

Barbra Schulte

Barbra Schulte loves to share the wisdom and strategies she has learned about building confidence and riding horses and how to weave them together for the benefit of people and horses. She teaches in-person and online clinics, individually and collaboratively.

“I am inspired by people and animals who live and work wholeheartedly. I am also inspired by horses, sunrises, sunsets, the beauty of the earth and dreaming of what’s possible.

I am curious about our lives and living them to our full potential. It’s immensely interesting to me how our journeys are so beautifully unique and intersect. I’m also curious about how I can continue to live more vibrantly and help others do the same.”

Carla Bauchmueller

Carla helps female horse owners from all over the world to be more balanced, confident, and connected in the saddle through deep work on the emotional and spiritual side of being a horse person.

“I am inspired by the endless possibilities of exploring and teaching the physical, emotional, and spiritual connection and communication between humans and horses.

Curiosity has always been one of the main driving forces in my life. Now it’s taking me to learning more about how we can get our brains on board to improve movement, connection, and horsemanship.”

Chris Adderson

Chris guides riders and their horses to experience a transformation where life will not be the same as it was before. She also offers an online program, carefully facilitating the path for humans to truly feel and experience what we are all seeking, which she calls Hum.

I am inspired by the awe of how we are a part of this world. Every day has so many experiences to feel. A great inspiration for me is to be a part of horses and humans becoming one, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, by empowering them.

Our capacity to embody is proportional to our capacity to evoke. I am immensely curious about how humans and horses can become living embodiments of balance together. I help my students to find their deepest awareness so that they can reach their dreams with their horse by using their awareness to elicit clarity.

Crissi McDonald

Crissi is a Masterson Certified Practitioner and is teaching around the country with her husband, Mark Rashid.

“Growing up, I was at my most motivated when the work I did earned me time with horses. I wasn’t picky; mucking stalls, babysitting, and cleaning horse trailers and tack are some of my fondest memories.

After having worked with thousands of horses and riders for the past thirty years, I’m enjoying teaching at clinics, as well as offering equine bodywork as a Certified Masterson Method® Practitioner.

I’m inspired by helping people achieve clearer communication between them and their horses, and eternally curious about the different ways that communication happens.”

Dr Steve Peters

Dr Peters is an equine neuroscientist who teaches in-person and online clinics, individually and collaboratively, to bring evidence-based wisdom to improve the health and welfare of horses and their people.

“I am inspired by nature, books, ideas, art, music, science and opportunities for continual growth and development.

I am curious about living life and discovering new ways of being, thinking, perceiving and interacting.”

Jessica White Plume

“A few things that excite me and move me and raise my curiosity are the magic of infants of all species, ancient universal truths that are deep within indigenous cultures and languages (everyone is indigenous to somewhere) and how purely beautiful and perfect you can feel when you are immersed in your own place within nature (because we are all nature, not observers of nature) and the smell of horses and the sound of horses chewing, and the opportunities that present and the overwhelming beauty of life when it feels like we are in the flow and the opportunity to try to make sense and embrace and be OK when it feels like we are not in the flow.

I am sometimes utterly overwhelmed by feelings of love for my children, for life, for our horses, and I believe this is creator or the universe working in as they always will.

I do know that I’m my own life, prayer and ceremony are irreplaceable. While yes all of life is sacred, and yes even sometimes ceremonial ways become skewed, for myself practicing those seven lakota ceremonies that my ancestors were given and have passed down resonate with me and bring for me a special peace and strength.

I feel as though I have just scratched the surface of learning and yet have lived an amazing life. I’ve had rare opportunities and significant traumas and would not change a thing. All along the horses have supported me and I’m endlessly grateful to them.”

Jillian Kreinbring

With a vision to train and ride horses in accordance with sound equine biomechanical principles, Jillian Kreinbring created JK Inspired to help you learn to support each horse that you encounter on an individual level.

Each horse is seen as an individual with specific needs. The goal is to support them to achieve their highest and best, while applying research methods to document the work.

Jillian’s vision is to train and ride horses in accordance with sound equine biomechanical principles. One goal of that vision is to balance the natural anatomic forces within and between the horse and human, for healthy movement and longevity.

Joell Dunlap

Square Peg founder/Registered Behavioral Technician, has taught hundreds of students to ride. An equestrienne since childhood, she has participated in many different disciplines including racing, polo, hunting, jumping, three-day eventing and reining.

Joell has worked professionally in many facets of the equestrian industry including racing, marketing, special events, and breaking and training of young horses, in addition to teaching.

Josh Nichol

Even from his younger years, it was readily apparent to those around him that Josh Nichol had a remarkable gift when it came to interacting with horses.

Fortunate enough to have parents that noticed his affinity for the equine early on, much of Josh’s life has been spent developing his understanding and knowledge of horsemanship. Under the guidance of world-class mentors, Josh quickly learned his life’s calling: continually seeking and developing better methods of creating long-lasting relationships with one of God’s most fascinating and beautiful creatures.

Driven by a passion for connecting with, and understanding the needs of horses, Josh has created a transformative approach to horsemanship: Relational Horsemanship.

Kathy Price

“I am Kathy Price and I am the sum of all my experiences.

Every experience I have had has led to the me I am now: mother, wife, farmer, horse lover, Reiki Master, Quantum Touch Practitioner, Reconnective Healing Practitioner plus every mad experience I have had studying energy and every interaction I have had with every person whether friend, acquaintance, or client- human or animal.

It has been an amazing, crazy ride, but I have a feeling my journey is about to get even wilder!”

Kerri Lake

“I am inspired when people have the courage and willingness to transcend their judgements and explore ever-greater expressions of kindness and love.

My curiosity is always active around ways humanity can create systems, conversations, businesses, relationships and communication that honors all life and the heart that is common to all of life.”

Mark Rashid

Mark offers mentorship and clinics throughout the year, he builds custom guitars and continues his life’s work on developing internal and external softness.

“My inspiration comes from many places, but probably the most important is the folks I come in contact with who are constantly striving to become better, whether that’s in their horsemanship, their interactions with other people, their livelihood.

When it comes to curiosity…I know this will sound trite, but I am truly curious about most things. I’m certainly very curious about all things horses and how we as humans can better understand and interact with them. On a more global scale, I’m curious about other cultures, customs, religions, etc..

It seems the more we learn about each other, the more similarities we find that we can ultimately build on, rather than looking for differences we might have that can keep us apart.”

Rupert Isaacson

“I am inspired by the ever evolving mythos if the human life road, by healing, exploring the indigenous shamanic traditions of the world, by love, by nature, by kindness. If I have one desire for the outcome of my work, whether with horses, with people, through writing and retreats, it would be this: that it helps set people free.

I am curious about everything. This life, this planet, this universe, how science and the divine intersect, how the human heart, mind and gut can create their own laws of physics. I’m curious about where we go from here as a species – how we are building a more just and better world that harkens back to our peaceful hunter gatherer origins while retaining the technological benefits we have attained.

I see those positive changes in the horse human world as well as everywhere else and am fascinated – diving ever deeper into this centaur fusion that we are so lucky, as horse people, to call our reality.”

Shea Stewart

Shea is an equine craniosacral practitioner who offers in-person and on-line equine craniosacral classes that focus on blending science and spirituality and empowering humans to connect and embody their experience of this beautiful healing art.

“I am inspired by people who seek the possibility of these greater connections, and find joy in their success. I am deeply inspired by all of the natural world, and the miraculous interconnections that weave through our planet.

I truly love to learn about almost anything. My biggest passion is biodynamic craniosacral. I find it awe inspiring, and humbled daily by it.”

Sukie Baxter

Sukie Baxter is the creator of the Nerve Apprenticeship, an embodiment practicum for coaches and healers who want to learn the tools of nervous system healing so they can live more fully out of their true grounded selves and be more present and creative without the limitations of fear, pain, anxiety or dysregulation.

“I am inspired by my horses, psychology, embodiment and somatics, meaningful art, stories, the great mystery of life and our universe.

I am curious about who and how we are as humans, what our potential holds, how we connect to one another and the everyday experiences that make life feel magical.”

Terry Kuebler

“I believe clarity is a catalyst for creation. I am interested in nature.  It’s beauty, power, diversity and inspiration. I am interested in human potential, spirituality, connection and creativity.

I am interested in contributing the teachings of horses to scientists involved in conservation and animal rescue.  To take a new energetic way of being into our connection with the natural world in order to both give and receive a sense of well-being.

My curiosity lies in my own potential to contribute. I am curious about raising human conscious and how that would reflect back as a healthier, joyful, more abundant planet.”

Gray Kyle-Graves

Gray Kyle-Graves has dedicated her life to the art of getting along with horses. The focus of her work is to facilitate better communication between horses and humans, in order to foster more understanding, security, and joy in their relationships.

Gray enjoys working with riders across diverse disciplines and experience levels, going beyond technique, to explore creative approaches for solving problems and expanding skills.

For the past 10 years, she has been the trainer at Happy Dog Ranch, a sanctuary in Littleton, Colorado, with the mission of supporting the mutual healing of humans and animals.

Gray also travels and teaches as the senior instructor for clinician, author, and horseman Mark Rashid, whose work has helped many people better understand the horse’s point of view.
